Americans are raking in money from lawsuits this season from the San Diego student who just got $4million compensation from the U.S Government now to Rihanna.
The star sued Topshop's pareent company for $5million (£3.3) over T'shirts which featured a photo taken during a video shoot in 2011.
Her lawyer's told the High court in London the Fashion chain duped and may have damaged her reputation.
