THE YOUTH OF MY TIME

So many things I come across on the news nowadays that is not pleasing to the eye or the ear. From the case of Cynthia who came to meet up with some friends in Lagos and ended up being raped and killed in a hotel room to yahoo boys killing their friends and girlfriends for money ritual and girls sending assassins to each other for the sake of boys.

It’s really saddening because we are supposed to be light to our generation but the decaying and rot is just disheartening and I fear for the generation coming behind us unless we start to put things right and stop looking for quick solutions and lay a solid foundation through education and equipping ourselves with right information to forge ahead.

I believe every generation has its own path to take, the generation before us has always literally being about getting a degree and working with an organization or the government to me I believe this has stalled the growth of our nation and even we as people. So speaking as a YOUTH of this present generation our part has to be different to that of our fathers and mothers we have to forgo their mentality an key into what is trending with our time which is ENTREPRENEURSHIP this is the future , this is us being creative, getting out of the bondage of joblessness in our society. ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS THE LIBERATION TO THIS GENERATION.. I know nothing come easy but if we work at it diligently there is always 80% chance of success no matter which field we decide to venture into. I also know we can’t do it alone the government has is role to play in all this, you say you want a crime free society and youths who are dedicated and contribute positively make funds available and accessible to intending entrepreneurs and I see a better future for us all and a better Nigeria… stay blessed
